How can you grow with Nufarm?
Based in Chicago Heights, IL, Nufarm is looking for a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer that drives process optimization and improvement primarily in the production plants and quality labs. The primary objective of the position is to drive continuous improvement efforts, support Value Chain Management program as a PMO, lead the pipeline of improvement ideas to be executed by Opex or Capex , work with the Quality Manager to identify and implement processes and systems that drive improvements in contamination prevention, variation reduction, and error prevention.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) with 5-10 years of manufacturing/process/quality/continuous engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with chemical processing and/or packaging equipment and be able to identify, drive, and implement key process improvements working with plant management, supervisors, maintenance, engineering, operators, etc.
What do we offer?
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $92,000 per year in our lowest geographic market to $115,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
