Job summary

SIKLA USA INC. in Suwanee, GA seeks a Supply Chain Assistant to support the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager in daily activities, inventory replenishment, and shipping documentation.

This development role offers increasing responsibilities and backups during absences, with exposure to Sikla's global supply chain processes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in supply chain/logistics, SAP ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, or admin roles.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP required.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with daily supply chain and logistics activities.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, replenishment, and stock control processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and generate inventory reports.
• Monitor delivery schedules and flag potential delays or issues.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and procurement documentation.
