Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Assistant to support the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager in daily activities. You will help manage inventory, purchasing, and shipping documentation while gaining exposure to all Sikla USA supply chain processes.

This development role offers opportunities to take on more responsibilities and become a back-up for the Manager during absences, with a view to long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in supply chain, logistics, or admin support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel; learning ERP systems a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with daily activities.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment, and stock control.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and shipping docs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers.
• Assist with ERP data accuracy and reporting.
• Assist demand planning and forecasting from data.
