Job summary

Sika AG in Benicia, California, is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory functions at our production site. You will maintain accurate records, assist with inventory control, and provide SAP system support to warehouse personnel.

As part of the site team, you will collaborate across Logistics, Production, and Quality, handling daily shipments, cycle counts, and documentation to ensure on-time, accurate operations in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with inventory or logistics systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to meet operational deadlines.
• Communicate with internal departments, carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment schedules, pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Prepare shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support warehouse and plant operations to ensure inbound and outbound deadlines are achieved.
• Process and complete shipment transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
