Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant in Suwanee, GA to support the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with daily activities, inventory replenishment, and order processing. You will help maintain ERP data, track shipments, and support reporting on performance and costs.

The role is designed for development, with gradual expansion of responsibilities and opportunities to lead projects as you gain experience. Local candidates with SAP/Excel experience fit this role well.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in SCM, Business Admin, Logistics or Operations.
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, or admin support preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with daily supply chain and logistics activities.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, replenishment, stock control, and ERP data maintenance.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers, freight carriers, and warehouses.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, purchasing activity, and logistics costs.
