As a Strategist, you will advise on procurement strategies, transformation plans, operating models, and capabilities development, leveraging our integrated approach across technology, data & AI, and operations to accelerate value creation.

The work:

As a strategic advisor, you will work directly with business leaders to:

• Define procurement vision, transformation roadmaps, and business cases.
• Design and implement next-generation operating models and capabilities.
• Embed digital, data, and AI solutions at the core of procurement functions.
• Drive value through cost and profitability programs across various spend categories, utilizing strategic sourcing, value engineering, and transformation levers.
• Address enterprise-wide issues with scalable supply chain and procurement strategies.

As part of our team, you will:

• Manage small to medium-sized diverse teams.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sales, business development, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in volunteerism and community impact efforts.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
