$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Job Title: Senior Manager of Client Success

Location: 100% remote role – US time zones only

Salary: $110,000 OTE ($90,000 base + up to $20,000 in performance bonuses)

Department: Client Success

Reports To: CEO

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Client Success to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our clients, helping them drive meaningful business outcomes through our platform and services. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at client development, thinks strategically, and consistently anticipates and responds to client needs with agility and insight.

You’ll play a critical role in our leadership team and be groomed for a future promotion to Director of Client Success, based on performance and business needs. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to ensure high satisfaction and product adoption across our client base.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, particularly in legal and professional services, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that deliver results.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to address feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze client usage data and KPIs to identify risks, surface insights, and proactively support client success and renewals.
  • Oversee and improve internal processes for account management, ticket resolution, and client communication.
  • Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing, client-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quarterly planning, team goals, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to reinforce value, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risk.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years in a client success, account management, or strategic consulting role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Experience working with law firms or professional services clients is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of improving client health metrics, increasing retention, and expanding account value.
  • Strong operational thinker who can manage the day-to-day while contributing to long-term strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for balancing empathy and accountability.
  • Technically savvy and proficient with Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot. Knowledge of Wordpress a plus.
  • Natural mentor with leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
