Job Title: Senior Manager of Client Success
Location: 100% remote role – US time zones only
Salary: $110,000 OTE ($90,000 base + up to $20,000 in performance bonuses)

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Client Success to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our clients, helping them drive meaningful business outcomes through our platform and services. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at client development, thinks strategically, and consistently anticipates and responds to client needs with agility and insight.
You’ll play a critical role in our leadership team and be groomed for a future promotion to Director of Client Success, based on performance and business needs.
