Job summary

Capital Health in New Jersey seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making across the health system’s supply chain operations. You will design, build and run reporting tools and dashboards, translating complex data into practical insights to lower costs and ensure reliable supply delivery.

You will guide an analytics team and collaborate with executive and clinical leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
Four years of analytics, supply chain or healthcare ops experience with a degree; eight years with a high school diploma.
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations and ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools, databases and Excel.

Responsibilities

Define long-term vision for supply chain analytics aligned to health system goals.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain analysts; prioritize projects.
Design, build and maintain scalable data models and dashboards for decision-making.
Lead spending reviews and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Track contract compliance and supplier performance to maximize value.
Develop data models to improve demand planning and inventory accuracy.
Provide real-time data tracking to prevent stock shortages and reduce costs.
Communicate insights through executive-ready reports to leadership.
