Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making across our health system's supply chain operations. You will design, build and run the reporting tools and dashboards that support clinical and non-clinical performance, translating complex data into clear insights that lower costs and ensure reliable supply delivery.

You will mentor the analytics team, improve data tracking tools, and collaborate with executive and operational leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, data analytics, healthcare administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term vision for the supply chain analytics department.
• Direct, mentor and develop a team of supply chain analysts.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Lead spending reviews to identify savings opportunities and cost drivers.
• Track vendor contract compliance and supplier performance.
• Develop data models to improve demand planning and inventory accuracy.
• Provide real-time data tracking to prevent stock shortages and reduce emergency shipping.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with GPOs and external partners to evaluate vendor relationships.
• Deliver data insights to support product purchasing and standardization.
• Create clear data-driven reports and executive presentations.
