Job summary

DCH Health System seeks a seasoned Supply Chain IT professional to lead data analytics, systems management, and training across the department.

You will oversee ERP/MMIS data integrity, coordinate with Purchasing, Contracting, and Distribution Services, and drive initiatives through KPI development and performance reviews. A strong background in healthcare supply chains and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred in business, information systems, or data analytics.
• Healthcare experience is valued; 7+ years may substitute for degree.
• Understanding of ERP, MMIS and/or GPO information systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are required.
• Experience with Excel and front-office PC applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supply Chain IT Analyst in day-to-day performance and optimization of MMIS/ERP and other SC systems.
• Provide expertise and training in Supply Chain systems including ERP, MMIS, EDI, and vendor databases.
• Perform data analytics tasks and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to support the department.
