Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Four years of purchasing, accounts payable and warehouse storeroom experience with a degree.
• Eight years of purchasing, accounts payable and warehouse storeroom experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily purchasing of goods, services and equipment to support patient care.
• Lead the purchasing team and negotiate with vendors to ensure value.
• Maintain MMIS data accuracy and collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoices.
• Lead bid processes and work with GPO resources to obtain best value.
• Support budget creation and monitoring for the department.
• Review contracting and vendor approvals and ensure compliance.
