Job summary

Capital Health in New Jersey seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making across the health system’s supply chain. You will design, build and run dashboards supporting clinical and non-clinical operations, translating complex data into practical insights for leadership.

You will mentor a team, develop scalable data models, and partner with GPOs and clinical leaders to standardize purchasing and optimize inventory and spending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, data analytics, healthcare administration.
• 4 years of progressively responsible analytics/supply chain/healthcare operations with a degree; 8 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, including clinical products, hospital workflows and GPO structures.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization tools; ability to translate data into insights for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish the long-term vision for the supply chain analytics department to align data tracking with health system goals.
• Direct, mentor and develop a team of supply chain analysts, overseeing daily work priorities, project execution and professional growth.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards and reporting tools for strategic decision-making across supply chain, finance and clinical ops.
• Lead spending reviews, compare current use with historical trends and budgets to identify savings opportunities and cost drivers.
• Track vendor contract compliance, category spend and supplier performance to maximize contract value.
