Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Analyst I to work within one of our markets VA/NC/SC/GA/MO/WV markets .
The Supply Chain Analyst (Level I) will support day-to-day supply chain operations with a focus on inventory management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), supplier performance monitoring, and self-audits. This entry level role is ideal for someone looking to develop skills in supply chain operations, providing support across various functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
This role may require up to 25% travel.
Inventory Management
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and help ensure the accuracy of physical stock
Support the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and help identify root cause of any variances
Manage inventory exceptions, including identifying and resolving issues related to overages, shortages, and damaged goods
Support the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring timely and accurate returns and refunds
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to handle defective or unsatisfactory goods
Supplier Performance and Risk Management Analysis
Assist in tracking and monitoring supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Help conduct basic risk management analysis to identify potential supply chain risks and support mitigation strategies
Self-Audits
Assist in conducting internal self-audits to ensure compliance with supply chain procedures and standards
