We are looking for a LATAM Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. Based in Sorocaba - Brazil, reporting to LATAM S&OP Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the countries in the region, ensuring definition, implementation or optimization of logistics, planning, and supply processes. This role will involve data analysis, report preparation, and continuous improvement of operations, collaborating with local and regional teams to drive efficiency and best practices in the supply chain. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for developing and monitoring new intercompany material flows, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and strategic needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support local supply chain teams in the definition, implementation or optimization of logistics, planning, supply processes, tools, and best practices, serving as the point of contact for operational and strategic supply chain issues in the region.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the supply chain (e.g., inventory levels, lead time, logistics costs)
  • Produce managerial and analytical reports for decision-making
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Support demand planning and inventory management with local teams
  • Support and lead continuous improvement and process digitization initiatives.
  • Ensure supply chain operations are aligned with regional regulations and standards.
  • Monitor supply chain risks and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support the development of new intercompany material flows, ensuring operational and financial feasibility.
  • Monitor the implementation of these flows, tracking performance, deadlines, and costs involved.
  • Collaborate with different areas, such as logistics, planning, and procurement, to ensure efficient integration of intercompany processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the movement of materials between different company units.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and guarantee alignment among regional and HQ reporting systems and tools.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance logistical efficiency.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a professional with the following skills:

  • Graduation: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields
  • Knowledge: ERP SAP, Knowledge in supply chain, Advanced skills in data analysis and use of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERPs
  • Language Skills: Advanced English and/or Spanish
