Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator in the United States to support a team of procurement professionals across subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance priorities to address clients' needs, facilitate information flow across the supply chain, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

• Support procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Work to performance expectations and objectives supporting alignment with the market account managers’ overall business strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to manage inventory levels that optimize availability while minimizing costs.
• Help identify potential risks within the supply chain and participate in the development of strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Provide business advice and counsel on subcontract or direct procurement matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflicts of interest, and risk management and mitigation.
• Proactively collaborate across the team to address any issues that may arise during the procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Work with a group of administrators to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work with the Supply Chain Managers to help identify and support opportunities to provide guidance, advice, support, and knowledge to less experienced administrators and technical staff.
