Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and sourcing documents.
• Support supplier communications and monitor lead times, orders, and delivery status.
• Maintain procurement records and perform data entry in internal systems.
• Conduct basic cost, pricing, or market research to inform sourcing decisions.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining scorecards.
