Job summary

rms Company provides contract manufacturing of high-quality, tight-tolerance medical implants and sub-assemblies. The Customer Order Entry Coordinator will enter customer orders into the ERP system and assist with order processing, scheduling, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include data entry, updating systems, generating documents, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting the Sales Director with quotes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of data entry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with an ERP system software.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and other databases.
• Update data in all systems and generate necessary documents.
• Assist engineers, buyers, production, shipping, finance, and sales with requests.
• Coordinate and deliver required documentation to customers and obtain approvals.
• Assist with quotes and support revenue outlook and inventory activities.
• Partner with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Understand customer needs and the core business markets served.
• Maintain compliant with Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
