Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our Material Technology QMS, collaborating with Material engineers to improve supplier quality and process efficiency across the global network.

You will lead audits, develop roadmaps, train engineers, and drive ISO 9001/IATF 16949 alignment while supporting site-wide quality initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Audit, gap analysis, and Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supplier quality roadmaps.
• Lead internal audits and gap analyses of QMS.
• Coach Material Quality Engineers on supplier-QMS activities.
• Lead supplier audits and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in site-wide quality improvement and audits.
