Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and maintenance of third‑party suppliers in Oracle EBS.
• Manage supplier setup, updates and compliance requests.
• Ensure supplier data aligns with policies and control standards.
• Maintain Supply Chain intranet pages and resources for current service information.
• Incorporate feedback to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Maintain COI, policy docs and supplier compliance records.
• Review supplier docs for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to resolve requests and minimize disruptions.
• Support contingency planning and supplier governance activities.
• Assist with Third Party Risk Management processes and audits.
• Analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Support process improvements to strengthen supplier governance and experience.
