• Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence: Coordinate onboarding activities and required risk assessments with stakeholders.
• Contract & Vendor Lifecycle Management: Support negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations; track renewals.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance: Identify and remediate risks; support regulatory readiness activities.
• Stakeholder Management: Be primary contact for business owners and supplier stakeholders; report to senior leadership.
• Sub-Processor Obligations Management: Maintain records and ensure compliance with sub-processor obligations.
