Job Description:

We are seeking a Specialist, Third Party Operations (TPO) to support the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third‑party suppliers within the Supply Chain organization.

This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate supplier data in Oracle EBS, processing business requests, reviewing supplier documentation and insurance requirements, and ensuring suppliers are properly established to support procurement activities.

The Specialist will also support Third Party Risk Management, audits, and process improvement initiatives while working closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Supply Chain, procurement, data analysis, supplier management, or third‑party operations who enjoys working in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of third‑party suppliers in Oracle EBS, ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Manage supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests from internal business users.
• Ensure supplier information and processes remain aligned with internal policies, procedures, and control standards.
• Maintain and update Supply Chain intranet pages and related resources to ensure current global service information is readily accessible.
• Incorporate feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI), policy documentation, and other supplier compliance records.
• Review supplier documentation for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, and business partners to resolve pending requests and minimize service disruptions.
• Support contingency planning and supplier governance activities.
• Assist with Third Party Risk Management processes and related audits.
• Review and analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support process improvement initiatives designed to strengthen supplier governance, reduce risk, and improve the supplier and internal customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS.
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong data review and analysis skills.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
