Information Consulting Services of Delaware Valley, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Third Party Risk Management in New York, hybrid.

The role blends supplier onboarding with governance, due diligence, risk assessments, and remediation tracking for a large utilities organization. You will maintain supplier records in Oracle EBS, process setup and compliance requests, review insurance documents, and support internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate supplier onboarding and ongoing maintenance in Oracle EBS, ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Process supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests in accordance with internal policies and standards.
• Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments, including review of supplier documentation and compliance information.
• Track risk issues and remediation activities and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier certificates of insurance (COIs), policy documentation, and related compliance records to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Support third-party governance processes, audits, data reviews, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to resolve pending requests, minimize service disruption, and support contingency planning.
• Maintain Supply Chain intranet pages and related resources so current service information is accessible.
• Use feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and respect for colleagues and suppliers.
