Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Data Maintenance to support global supplier onboarding, data accuracy, and controls. The role manages master data in Oracle and Ariba, processes change requests, and coordinates onboarding with due diligence.

Hybrid position in Austin, TX with in-office expectations three days per week. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience and a background in finance, audit or risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree.
• Experience in Finance, Audit, Risk or Compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Ariba advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and employee master data in Oracle and Ariba.
• Process data creation and change requests within SLA.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and due diligence.
• Provide ongoing reporting on onboarding status and data changes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Procurement and Risk.
• Maintain data maintenance process documentation.
