Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Consolidated Card Program Management Division of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Performing technical, analytical and program manager work that demonstrates an applied knowledge of the purchase card program principles and techniques to include financial management, contracting, and training requirements.
2. Providing training on the purchase card program.
3. Evaluating studies and developing new methods and procedures to measure program accomplishments.
4. Providing guidance and advice to employees on work and administrative matters.

Examples of specialized experience may include the following:

1. Conducting policy reviews and supporting Department of Navy (DON) charge card program management audits;
2. Reviewing and verifying contractor invoices within required timeframe and entering service entry sheet in Navy Enterprise Resource program to ensure prompt payment;
3. Maintaining ongoing assessment of the electronic charge card posture to ensure digital data program remains focused from planning through implementation;
4. Managing day-to-day operational issues to include resolution, monitoring purchase card program policy, customer support, establishment of management controls and training requirements.
