Job summary

US United States Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk, VA seeks a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist to lead the Intelligence and Information Operations Division of the DIR, MARITIME OPERATIONS CTR, USFFC.

Candidate must have at least one year of specialized experience at GG/GS-14 or equivalent, with demonstrated abilities in all-source analysis, C4ISR systems, and briefing senior leaders on critical issues to inform DoD decision-making.

Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist in the Intelligence and Information Operations Division of DIR, MARITIME OPERATIONS CTR, USFFC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:

• 1) Providing operational assessments to support critical intelligence work including theater security cooperation (TSC), foreign disclosure, intelligence analysis, special security, and collection management;
• 2) Providing timely, relevant, and actionable all-source intelligence analysis on a wide range of complex military and political issues in order to inform higher command/organization;
• 3) Leveraging expert technical understanding of high-end adversaries' military capabilities, especially their command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems; space systems; electronic warfare (EW); and cyber capabilities; and
• 4) Briefing senior leaders on key intelligence issues in order to inform and influence key DoD decision processes.
