RONIN Information Technology Services, LLC is seeking candidates for a role focused on intelligence and surveillance operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience supporting classified procurement requirements and must maintain a Top Secret clearance. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing foreign threats and producing intelligence briefings.
This position requires experience with multiple organizations and the ability to manage government contracts effectively, making informed decisions on multiple functional areas.
Specialized experience shall include managerial experience in managing a contract with the Government, and a range of related subject matter expertise in one or more areas of critical thinking and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) program/project areas. Expertise sought in these areas includes: training, research, business process improvement, policy development, financial analysis, automated systems development / analysis / implementation, federal Government project or program managements, federal statutes and regulations, and contract management. Proposed personnel for this position shall have a minimum of ten years’ prior experience in one of more of the Service Operational Level (see below) and have demonstrated expertise supporting US military operations as a service member, Government civilian, or Government Contractor as well as have proven senior military operations or intelligence analysis subject matter expertise. Persons in this position must have experience and demonstrated expertise in using Government classified networks, applications, and databases. Additionally, personnel must have a demonstrated experience working with multiple organizations in management roles directing the work of personnel in multiple functional areas. Experience as a second level supervisor is acceptable, including making personnel and resource allocation decisions as well as having experience providing advice and expertise directly to key, top level managers and decision makers. Personnel must have at least 5 years of experience in managing contract for Government customers to include responsibility for planning, coordinating and making decisions on costs, technical approach, schedules, performance metrics, quality control, and personnel management.
Specifically, the candidate must have 10-12 years of progressive experience supporting and developing large, major, and complex classified procurement requirements, and maintain a Top Secret level clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
