MITER Brands in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Supervisor in Training for our Tacoma Manufacturing Plant. The 12–18 month leadership development program prepares high-potential candidates for future front-line supervisory roles in window and door manufacturing operations.
Participants gain hands-on experience across Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Distribution, Materials, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources, with exposure to the full manufacturing process from fabrication to shipping.
Hourly Compensation Range: $29.76 – $38.89 (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a Supervisor in Training for our Tacoma, Washington manufacturing facility. This 12–18 month leadership development program is designed to prepare high‑potential candidates for future front‑line supervisory roles within our window and door manufacturing operations.
Participants will gain hands‑on experience throughout the facility, including Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Distribution, Materials, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources. The program provides exposure to all stages of the window manufacturing process, from component fabrication and glass processing to assembly, packaging, and shipping.
Successful completion of the program will prepare participants for supervisory opportunities within window and door manufacturing operations, where they will lead teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the facility.
