Shop Supervisor Responsibilities

• Work with Dealer to schedule repairs.
• Facilitate and schedule inhouse repairs and PMs.
• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations.
• Answer breakdown calls daily and resolve issues.
• Issue PO#’s and manage TCH payments for Road Call Breakdown, Tows, and Hotels.
• Create purchase orders and maintain internal data using maintenance software.
• Secure service for road repairs.
• Respond to after-hours service calls as required.
• Coordinate trucks to shops for repairs as needed.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
