Responsibilities include:

Traveling extensively across the United States (airfare, hotel, and meals covered)

Visiting client sites to install, demonstrate, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment

Performing preventative maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs

Training customers on proper use and care of machinery

Diagnosing and resolving basic mechanical and operational issues

Maintaining accurate records of service calls and maintenance visits

Representing the company professionally and building positive relationships with customers

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude – experience with tools, engines, machines, or assembly

Prior experience as an auto technician, mechanic, or in a similar trade is preferred

Comfortable with frequent travel

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Clear verbal communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is a plus
