Position Overview

This position is remote, involving travel across the country to install, retrofit, and service power plant systems and other facilities. Responsibilities include installation, modifications, startup, repair, and training on sample conditioning systems and instrumentation. You will own full-service accounts within your territory. Responsibilities

• Provide installation, startup, repair, and retrofit services for power and other industries.
• Address customer technical service questions, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with service teams, product support, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use Epicor, HubSpot, and Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and tracking.
• Submit accurate service and expense reports promptly.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a 2-year technical degree in electronics or mechanical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in power plant environments or similar, with knowledge of steam/water sampling or industrial refrigeration preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills, including electrical control, pumping, water chemistry, refrigeration, and piping.
• Ability to interpret P&ID and isometric drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow safe work practices.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and customer service.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
