THE ROLE:

As a Campaign Delivery Associate, you will execute a variety of different campaign types for our clients providing seamless end-to-end experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Campaign Delivery you will be in charge of campaign strategy, client relations and more:

  • Managing all aspects of campaign delivery, from set up to delivery, whilst monitoring progress throughout
  • Preparing and creating campaign collateral in line with client expectations
  • Communicating with key stakeholders to assist with the smooth running of campaigns
  • Working with client services & sales to understand client needs and recommend the correct product strategy
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure the campaign is meeting expectations
  • Using specialist software such as Integrate to set up and deliver campaigns
  • Collecting and analysing data to produce detailed, analytical end of campaign reports for clients
  • Support campaign briefing process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in lead generation or campaign management necessary
  • Ability to prioritise many moving parts and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail in all areas of work
  • You thrive in a start-up environment and are truly self motivated - you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player – the ability to work with and support your team
