A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide support for chilled water systems at client project sites. The role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.

Our innovative solutions include turbine inlet air chilling, inlet air conditioning (heating and cooling), evaporative cooling, direct contact air chilling, thermal energy storage, district cooling, and central utility plants. With over 20 years of experience, we operate globally with offices in the US, Asia, and MENA regions.
This role involves being in the field at client project sites, typically 3 out of 4 weeks a month. The Field Service Technician provides electrical, mechanical, and automation support for chilled water systems, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and testing. As a customer-facing role, it aims to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability in a field environment without direct supervision.

Primarily in construction sites and industrial plants, requiring compliance with safety policies. Work may be outdoors, noisy, hot or cold, and in dirty environments. PPE such as earplugs, hardhats, steel-toe boots, and safety glasses are required.
Ability to work in construction environments, climb ladders, move equipment up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces. Must have good vision, hearing, and mobility to operate equipment, travel, and work on uneven surfaces.
Overtime may be required, including weekends and holidays. Travel is approximately 75-90% nationwide.
Must be authorized to work in the US, possess a current passport, valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
