Hyundai MOBIS Parts America, based at headquarters in Fountain Valley, seeks a skilled Supervisor, Supply to guide the supply team, drive demand forecasting, and oversee SOP development. Tomorrow's most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at MOBIS Parts America (MPA). A subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.
The Supervisor, Supply will support the entire Supply team and Mobis leadership with clear strategic direction and decision making on systems and processes to ensure parts availability to support OE seNice and accessory parts requirements. This person will lead a small team to include super user roles that will be responsible for global system settings and parameters that drive demand forecasts and supply replenishment. This person will also be responsible for leading the team that develops and improves standard operating procedures (SOPs), team performance monitoring, training, executive level communication/reporting, and supporting ad-hoc requests/ special projects. This leadership role will be responsible for growing and maintaining organizational intelligence.
Systems, data integrity, and process effectiveness are extremely important. This role is responsible for making recommendations and decisions in these areas that have a direct impact on cash (inventory investment), expenses (freight, warehousing), income (parts sales), and customer seNice (Fill Rate, Back Order lines).The SupeNisor, Supply (Strategic Planning) role is pivotal in the Financial and Operational success of MPA.

The expected hiring range for this position is $71,896.32 - 106,406.56, depending on experience and qualifications.
