Job summary

White Lodging invites applications for a Coffee House Supervisor to lead daily coffee outlet operations and guest service initiatives within our hotel portfolio. You will supervise associates, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold brand standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and performance oversight, with focus on safety and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to direct and motivate a team.
• Able to learn quickly, operate espresso machines, and process POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
• Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
