Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a hospitality leader to oversee two hotel departments and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will run the shift, ensure brand standards, and step in for the Department Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include hands-on coverage of hourly tasks, training new and existing staff, and maintaining operational excellence across departments. This role emphasizes adaptability and a guest-first mindset.
