White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Coffee House Supervisor to lead daily operations of the hotel coffee outlet, ensuring friendly service, smooth workflows, and a welcoming environment for guests and associates.

You will train and coach team members, manage scheduling, monitor safety and sanitation, uphold menu knowledge and sales opportunities, and support cash handling and inventory tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
• Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
