White Lodging is seeking a Barista in Charlotte, NC to deliver exceptional guest experiences while promoting menu options and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You will handle payments and embody a professional appearance to reflect the establishment's standards.

We value an outgoing, customer-focused attitude, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience helps but is not required.

What You'll Do

• The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
