Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Supervisor, Spa & Wellness for the Surf Club location in Surfside, FL. You will be the first impression, delivering intuitive service and maintaining a welcoming spa environment.

Role emphasizes accuracy in reservations, timely pickup, and high guest satisfaction. Experience in spa operations and supervisory responsibilities is preferred, with staffing and training support across the Spa team.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft, OneDrive and Book4Time preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Spa treatments and the Spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for guests at the Spa and act as main contact for group reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns with professional service to gain trust and satisfaction.
• Assist with processing reservations, emails, and inquiries; confirm emails and respond promptly.
• Help management set goals, expectations, timetables and deadlines for staff and ensure understanding.
• Support training of Spa Coordinators and assist Spa Attendants as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks (purchase orders, receiving, inventory) and support operations.
• Ensure Four Seasons & Forbes Standards are met.

About the role

The Supervisor, Spa & Wellness is an integral part of the Spa Team. You are the first impression and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail, and highly efficient check-in skills.

This role ensures accuracy in managing spa reservations, timeliness for appointment pick-up, and ensuring a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.

What you will do:

• Provides a warm and welcoming experience for all guests arriving at the Spa and is the main contact for those under group reservations.
• Resolves guest concerns and provides professional service to gain high level of guest confidence and satisfaction.
• Assists with processing incoming reservations, in-house correspondence, emails, or other communications. Assists with e-mails confirmation and replying to all inquiries.
• Assist management in establishing and communicating goals, performance expectations, timetables and deadlines for shift or departmental operations to employees and ensure that they are understood.
• Facilitating the training of Spa Coordinators and assisting Spa Attendants as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as, but not limited: purchase orders, receiving, inventory.
• Ensuring that Four Seasons & Forbes Standards are met.

What you bring:

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
