Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Slot Operations Supervisor to oversee daily slot operations and ensure performance of slot equipment and gaming activities. You will provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships.

You will lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service, monitor floor activity for compliance, and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with slot management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to organize, delegate and follow through on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Two to three years in slot operations or casino leadership.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain Illinois gaming license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma preferred.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands‑on support to team members and guests.
• Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Target Hourly Rate: $28.85/hr.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
• Frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high‑pressure situations.
