Job summary

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two or more years related experience.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the New York State Gaming Commission regulations.
• Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
• Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
• Responds to guest and employee needs and resolves complaints and issues.
• Inspects food outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
• Controls labor and operating expenses
• Schedules and directs staff in the performance of work assignments.
• Maintains high visibility during peak periods
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ensuring all Guests receive superior service
• Ability to work Flexible hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
