Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Supervisor, Slot Operations to oversee slot attendants, assist in training and ensure smooth casino floor operations.

You will monitor jackpot transactions, address customer and employee issues, and collaborate with security and cashiering teams to maintain accuracy and safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of Slot Attendant or Slot Technician experience, or one year of casino experience with prior slot floor supervisor duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily jackpot and machine malfunctions transactions for accuracy and response time.
• Supervise Slot attendants on assigned shift.
• Assist in training, counseling, scheduling and evaluating Slot attendants.
• Handle employee and customer complaints and disputes.
• Promote positive customer service, safety, security and a friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure Slot attendants work with cashiering personnel, security officers or other Hard Rock Hotel & Casino staff in regards to jackpot payouts.
• Monitor IRS currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Safeguard against theft and ensures the security and integrity of all casino property.
• Report developments that may affect the casino operation to the Slot Shift Manager or Assistant.
• Accountable for all issues and non-issued slot keys and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations.
• Coordinates and participates in Slot special event functions.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
