Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Shift Manager for Front Office to lead Front Desk and Guest Service operations and ensure a positive guest experience.

Under the Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily Front Desk tasks, inspect guest rooms, resolve reservation issues, and coach staff to uphold service standards. This role offers growth, benefits, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of front desk experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs Front Desk and Guest Service operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Oversees daily work assignments of Front Desk staff.
• Performs detailed guest room inspections to identify repair/improvement needs.
• Investigates and resolves guest situations such as reservation errors or lost personal belongings.
• Develops staff knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching and counseling.
• Promotes responsible gaming and alcohol service through appropriate management communication.
