Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years in a leadership role with a focus on dispatching or planning
• Experience with Office 365 and SAP CONA is required
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Proficiency with SAP CONA, Map Business, Excel, Word, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer and PowerPoint

What does a Supervisor, Service Support do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As Service Support Supervisoryou will oversee the equipment planning and dispatching teams for Swire Coca-Cola. You will be responsible for supervising the planners and/or dispatchers’ daily schedules. Monitor the planning and dispatching of all reactive and scheduled service calls to the technicians as needed based upon priority and geographical areas. To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure clear and concise communication with department managers, employees and internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that every Swire location has adequate coverage by service support specialist team on daily basis.
• Hire, interview, train, coach, and administer corrective actions as needed for Planner/Dispatchers.
• Ensure the completion of team tasks daily with a high degree of accuracy, while also developing and managing customer relationships.
• Support department processes and address process breakdowns from team or with customers.
• Proper communication with team and with customers to ensure strong customer service and support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required and
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role, Office 365, SAP(CONA), Team Player, Excellent communication skills. required
• 1+ years’ experience in equipment planning and technician dispatching. preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service. preferred
