Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola Wilsonville is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee delivery operations, ensuring product is delivered efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.

The role requires 4–6 years in consumer products or direct store delivery, and 2–4 years supervising delivery staff, with familiarity in DOT regulations. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. CDL is a plus, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2-4 years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry.
• Knowledge of DOT Federal/state regulations/guidelines preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage human capital ensuring delivery according to planned volume and policy.
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers for efficient delivery and merchandising.
• Communicate daily with delivery team to build visibility and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners for efficient operations.

What Does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product, according to policy and customer requirements, and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage human capital efficiently ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations and internal policies
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise product
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to create visibility while fostering a culture of trust and productivity
• Communicate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possible
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4-6 years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2-4 years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Knowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with the other departments and functions
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• CLASS A CDL is preferred
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays is required
