Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse in Bellevue, WA to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and manage inventory flow. The role requires SAP proficiency, lifting up to 50 lb, and adherence to safety standards.

The 2nd shift starts between 4:00pm and 7:00pm, with a base pay range and bonus structure depending on location and experience. Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of warehouse/inventory experience and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, plus

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years warehouse/inventory experience required and 2–4 years supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Communicate with peers, managers, and other departments.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What does a Supervisor, Warehouse do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.

Schedule: 2nd Shift starts between 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years warehouse/inventory experience required and
• 2-4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required and
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficient with SAP
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required

Base pay range is $80,169 to $85,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
