Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca-Cola beverage equipment at customer sites across the assigned geography. You will service fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, and related systems, often traveling between locations with limited supervision.

The schedule is 8:00 am–4:30 pm weekdays, with potential shift changes and on-call rotation. Candidates must have a HS diploma, 2–4 years of appliance repair, and a valid driver’s license; CFC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 2‑4 years’ experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances.
• 1‑2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment to determine parts and materials needed and perform repairs.
• Travel to customer locations within the assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after service calls.
• Document travel, labor, and materials using handheld device.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep vehicle clean and organized.

What does a Sr. Field Service Technician at Swire Coca-Cola do?

Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca‑Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca‑Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair (as needed) of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor and cooler equipment as assigned. Works under limited supervision.

Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Mon – Fri (After 90 days, the hours may change to 9:00 am – 5:30 pm depending on business needs. Requires On‑Call rotation.)

Pay: $26.98/HR

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment (e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs. Move or remove equipment as required.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates.
• Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area.
• Use handheld device to document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
• Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies).
• Maintain accurate parts inventory (estimated $30‑$35 K value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
• Assist other associates as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• 2‑4 years’ experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
• 1‑2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work with others.
• Complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within first year.
• Complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire.
