Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing and shipping operations, ensuring safety procedures and budget adherence. This is a 2nd shift role with start times between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and a level 5 job descriptor.

You will staff, train, and evaluate team members, schedule, manage inventory, and protect company assets while controlling costs and ensuring on-time delivery across the facility. Base pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience managing a budget is required.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP software; MS Office.

What does a Warehouse Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.

Schedule: 2nd Shift starts between 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Job Level: 5

Responsibilities:

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring the following of safety operating procedures
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required and
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required and
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required and
• Experience managing budget required
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs
• Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required

Base pay range is $80,169 to $85,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
