ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inspires others with clear direction by demonstrating high commitment and energy. Acts as a positive role model with superior customer service skills, focusing on guest interaction. Continuously improves service by evaluating feedback, data, and behavior, and communicates improvements in team meetings.
- Addresses service breakdowns immediately, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction, and keeps the team informed of promotions and events. Develops employees, sets standards, and holds team accountable. Communicates company expectations and addresses performance issues through coaching and feedback. Uses data to improve workplace environment, recognizes performance, and adheres to policies and regulations.
Security Supervision:
- Supervises activities in assigned zones, trains security personnel, and coordinates regulatory procedures. Assists in security functions, monitors alarms, and reports incidents. Ensures proper staffing and evaluates personnel performance. Conducts investigations, maintains vendor and exclusion lists, liaises with law enforcement, and maintains records.
- Operates company vehicles and supports casino security systems.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma with extensive professional and college training. Leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills. Experience in security or casino operations, investigating preferred. Valid NJ driver’s license and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate: $47,500 - $52,000
