Job summary

BioTalent in Danbury, CT is seeking a Supervisor Production for the Weekend Shift to lead weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while supporting employee development and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires strong supervisory capabilities, fluent communication, and the ability to coordinate staffing and production schedules with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Danbury facility.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
