Job summary

BioTalent, in partnership with a global HVAC/building automation manufacturer, seeks a Supervisor, Customizing to lead third-shift production in a customization and assembly environment. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while guiding a manufacturing team.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, coordinate subassembly and finished product production, maintain SAP records, and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop production employees while promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Provide leadership during third-shift operations to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Coordinate assembly operations and support efficient production of subassemblies and finished products.
• Manage workforce schedules, production priorities, material availability, and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, quality, and training records, including SAP transactions.
• Identify production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety programs, audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery objectives are met while leading a team of manufacturing employees and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
